Land Identification & Development
We identify suitable land parcels across the state through detailed site evaluations, including solar resource assessment, topography, accessibility, water availability, and environmental considerations. Once selected, LSPDCL undertakes land development, boundary demarcation, leveling, road access creation, and preparation of the site for utility-scale project implementation.
Creation of Solar Park Infrastructure
LSPDCL develops essential internal infrastructure such as approach roads, boundary walls/fencing, drainage systems, water facilities, and security arrangements. This ensures that developers receive shovel-ready land with all basic facilities in place for immediate project execution.
Power Evacuation System Planning
We coordinate with state transmission utilities and central agencies to plan and develop power evacuation infrastructure, including pooling substations, transmission lines, bay allocation, and system strengthening. This ensures smooth grid integration and reliable power flow from solar parks to the state grid.
Statutory Clearances & Approvals
LSPDCL provides single-window facilitation, supporting developers with environmental clearances, right-of-way permissions, utility approvals, land-use permissions, and coordination with multiple government agencies. This significantly reduces project delays and accelerates commissioning timelines.
Developer Facilitation & Project Allotment
Through transparent and competitive processes, LSPDCL allots solar park plots to renewable energy developers. We ensure fair regulations, rapid processing, efficient land allocation, and consistent support throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordination with Government & Regulatory Agencies
We work closely with MNRE, SECI, UPNEDA, UPPCL, transmission utilities, district authorities, and local bodies for seamless implementation of solar park projects. This integrated approach enables timely project execution and compliant infrastructure development.
Monitoring & Oversight of Solar Projects
LSPDCL oversees construction progress, monitors compliance with park guidelines, and ensures that developers adhere to technical specifications, safety protocols, and environmental standards throughout project implementation.
